IMPORTANT
CONFERENCE HOTEL INFORMATION:
I hope
everyone is making plans to attend the 59th Annual Meeting and
Conference of the New York State Association of Educational
Office Professionals. I’m sure everyone has been concerned
regarding the flooding in Binghamton and how it might affect our
conference. I have been in touch with our contact at the hotel
as well as our contact with the visitor’s bureau and have been
told that the flooding was contained in the basement level and
did not directly affect any of the public/meeting areas. They
assure me that the hotel will be open and able to host the
conference as planned. The hotel hopes to have the reservation
system up and running soon. They suggest completing the hotel
registration form from the conference brochure and either
mailing it in or faxing it to them (to the fax number on the
form) as their fax is now working.
