New York State Association of Educational Office Professionals

NYSAEOP was organized in 1953 by secretaries with the vision to see the role of the educational secretary as an important factor in the expanding educational spectrum. An elected Executive Board continues to seek programming for professional growth.

By Diane Wright:

Since 1998 we have had 9 Presidents of NYSAEOP.  We were fortunate this weekend that all but one of them were present.  When coming into office, each president has a theme for their two-year stint.  I have taken the themes from the eight Presidents that were in attendance and created a little ditty that I would like to share with you.

In 1998 we charted your course for the 21st century, by unlocking your potential with some NYSAEOP magic.  We decided to catch the light as we dreamed/believed and achieved that we could discover the world of NYSAEOP.  We dared to soar, while we continued to honor our profession with heart. We are your past; we thank you for allowing us to serve you.

Deb, you and the members are our future, take it and run as you Share the Vision of NYSAEOP.
